Immediate. Once payment is complete you receive an email with your purchase code and can download the product from your account.
Each license is valid for the number of sites in your plan. An activated site stays tied to its license and cannot be moved to another one.
Updates never expire. Technical support lasts one year from purchase and covers installation, activation and bugs in the product itself.
As these are digital products with immediate download, refunds are not accepted once the purchase is complete. When you buy, you expressly agree that the download starts immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal. Before buying you can try the demo of each product.
